After Tanah Lot, we took another 1 hour drive to Uluwatu temple. We were supposed to catch sunset at Uluwatu temple, but as I mentioned earlier, we have missed it as we wanted to go for lunch before setting off to Tanah Lot. I reckon the sunset at Uluwatu must have been fabulous! By the way, the sun sets at 6pm in Bali. And it's pitch black by 630pm.

We are standing on the side of Uluwatu temple. Across where there are 2 lights - it is actually fire. They are holding the Kecak dance there. You have to pay an entrance fee to watch, but we didn't want to go for it as we do not appreciate such cultural dances.
Looking down. Breath-taking, isn't it?
Closer look.

Our welcome drink - Pineapple juice.

The place we dined at. Tables & chairs were on the sandy beach, just beside the waves that are coming in. Very romantic candle-light dinner.
The huts in the background are the restaurants itself. No one sits in there, and everyone sat on the sandy beach, enjoying the sea breeze and cooling sand while we eat.

The sky... looks threatening.

Hubby...

Me!

The both of us....
We had Nasi Goreng (my craving), chicken satay. The French Fries were like complimentary.
we had live prawns (at the top left hand corner) - body very small thus, not much meat. I don't like! And chilli crabs... the crabs were quite small but at least we tasted a little sweetness of the crabs.
The total bill amounted to about SGD 70, but it wasn't as enjoying and fascinating as our lunch. To us, it was kind of disappointing and it is quite expensive.
After which, headed back to our hotel for a short rest. Cos' we have decided to change tomorrow's itinerary the very last minute and we only have 2 hours of sleep before we set off again!
