A few sentences I hear recently which I can't help it but more or less to agree with it:

1) When you like staff A, you tend to load more things on that staff. Reason being you trust and know that he/she will do a fabulous job and you basically need not lay your hands on it again. If you don't like staff B, you basically can't be bothered to give him/her anything. You would rather leave him/her to rot. But note that this is not favouritism.

2) Manager/Supervisor/Boss is doing well when his/her staff is doing well.

My deep down feelings recently: I frequently get hurt by some sentences you make cos' you totally got me wrong. Totally wrong.

Nevertheless, I am always the cheerful & bubbly gracie~!~ =)
